Would not recommend buying this locket, as it opens on its own and falls apart, easily, causing it to get damaged from falling. Reached out to seller, after first locket fell apart within days of giving it to my granddaughter, and they replaced it. When the second locket did the same, I reached out and was told "Honey, you can try to put it back and shake it hard. It won't fall off. He only had this accident because the road from China to the United States was too bumpy", which is both unprofessional and verifies the locket was either not packaged well enough, or is made shoddily.

There is a reason the price for this jewelry is so cheap, it doesn’t stay clasped closed, and is constantly falling open and unfolding. There is no “Frame” to hold the photo - we had to glue the photos in. My daughter has only worn it out of the house once and it opened and half the necklace fell off. We found it in the grass.

I really do love the locket, but I was a little displeased with the condition it arrived in. I'll have to figure out if there's a way I can remove the scratches and markings, but overall I'm still happy I got it

this was very poor quality with dents and scratches on the locket and the chain was actually broken. i have requested a refund but have not heard from them. Very disappointing. Dont buy this from this provider.
