Two-part carbonless statement forms. They are exactly that. Buying a pair is a bit cheaper than buying them at office supply stores.

These statement forms are exactly what I needed for my small tutoring business. There's plenty of room to list dates, times, and subject of sessions. The carbonless duplicate means I have a copy for my records, and the size is way better than the tiny little 5" X 3" receipts I'd been using. I like that there's a place for my business stamp at the top.

I bought this for the use of our church treasurer. It is one of the few forms that has a debit and a credit column. Relatively inexpensive in comparison to other carbonless forms available. I am a repeat buyer.

Great price and they are perfect for my needs. I wouldn't change anything with the layout. I've used the same forms for the past 8 years.
