After trying the funnel out, I came to realize that no liquid goes through. At first I thought there might be a blockage in the plastic valve, but no, it was all clear. Instead, I came to realize that the glass piece on the bottom of the funnel wasn't fused together right, therefore leaving no hole for the liquid to pass through. I've attached some images where I've pipetted water with some food coloring to show the faulty construction. In every other aspect the funnel is well made, but since funnels have only one job, and the one I received is unable to perform it, I can only give 1 star and return the product as faulty.

Glass arrived in good reusable packing for storage. Glass is free of cracks, voids, or inclusions.
