Don't bother. This thing had one job: grind flaxseeds and it didn't work. Seeds just fell out whole, didn't grind them at all. For a $30 item, definitely a disappointment and returned it. Hope to find another one that actually works in the future from a different brand.

This is a manual grinder, you may find similar that are electric for the price. I do feel the price is a bit high for the item. The wood is vary nice looking, it suits my kitchen decor. The top for this one comes off just fine. I would like more options with this type of grinder, but it is good for the oil based seeds.I have used it for 3 months and it is still functioning correctly. If you use this type less often, manual is plenty good enough. For those more into wellness dishes, manual may not be the right choice.

This is a manual grinder for small seeds. It has the advantage of being easy to clean, because you can take it completely apart. That's really the only advantage. It's not very good at turning seeds into seed flour. The blade is plastic and it does not grind very well. I tried fennel seeds, sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds. Mostly the seeds just stayed in the compartment and did not do anything. At least it was easy to clean the grinder between seed trials. Otherwise, I had no particular success with this device.

I've been using the AdHoc Seedo Flaxseed Mill & Sesame Seed Mill for a couple of weeks now, and it's been useful in my kitchen. The PolyCut grinding mechanism claims to deliver a perfect grind, especially for flaxseed and sesame, and sometimes it does but there are hiccups. I love adding freshly ground seeds to my morning smoothies and salads, and this mill has helped on several occasions. Taking it apart and maintaining it are somewhat of a hassle. Just a heads-up, it's not dishwasher safe, so you must clean by hand. Overall, it is okay, but for the price it should work better and be easier to clean.

We grow micro greens at home and use the seeds and have grounded them multiple times. This one has a nice urban look to it and a clean.

I was really looking forward to receiving this mill. I had my sesame seeds toasted and all ready to grind. The mill had looked so appealing and homey on the Amazon site, I couldn’t wait to display it in my kitchen.It took me more than an hour, without exaggeration, to pull off the “easily pulled off top,” which is what the box and the instructions say. That is a joke. The top does not come off easily. It doesn’t come off at all. No one in my family could pull it off just using their hands. So I resorted to an offset spatula and two oyster knives. Needless to say, in the process of trying to pull off “the easily pulled off top,” I severely defaced the acacia wood of the mill — the part of the mill that I’d loved most on the Amazon site. I scratched it and I gouged it, beyond.By the time I finally got the top pulled off, I just wanted to throw the whole thing away.

Leider hat diese Leinsamenmühle meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Das Design, das Material und die Befüllung sind gut, die Mahlfunktion jedoch sehr schlecht. Die Leisamen werden nicht zerkleinert, es kommt kaum etwas gemahlenes unten an. Keine Empfehlung.

Ich hatte für den Preis mehr erwartet. Leinsamen ist sehr mühselig zu schroten. Der Arm erlahmt vom Drehen, und man hat kaum etwas in der Schüssel!
