This is exactly what I wanted. The last one I had would slip out of place but this one has deep grooves that will hold up the roast or chicken or turkey so it will stay put. I'm very happy with it.

Great product but had to pry apart the folding sides. The package came banged up so the foldable sides were pressed into the base which took a lot of effort to release. Haven't used it yet for baking so I can't comment on that aspect.

I wanted a rack that would stand up to scouring. An earlier rack (different brand) eventually began to rust. I was pleased to see that this one was stainless steel—it is not. I was suspicious when a magnet strongly attracted it. I then sanded a small spot on the bottom and found that it was steel that had been copper plated then chrome plated. I placed a moist cloth on the spot and an hour later rust was present. This is false advertising by the manufacturer. I will return this item.

Supposed to be stainless steel, but it’s just a plated steel NOT stainless steel. The true test is checking with a magnet. Stainless steel would be weak magnet at best. These are very strong magnet, indicating carbon steel, NOT stainless.

This smaller size quality stainless steel rack is a gem! It looks sturdy enough for years of use. I like that it folds out flat for convenient storage.It was just delivered so I haven’t cooked with it yet.I’m very pleased with the vendor. Rack was shipped quickly (considering how far it traveled) and arrived in perfect condition.

This roasting pan is simple to use, adjusts easily without a struggle and it feels durable overall.I usually get the smaller chickens or turkeys if possible so this pan is perfect for roasting them at home, easy to adjust and holds them perfectly. Easy to store away while not in use and I’m happy with it overall.

This would fit a small to medium sized turkey. I honestly couldn't see it supporting or fitting a large bird. But for me it's a great size and will work. It's got handles to easily support and remove the bird from the pan. It's easily adjustable and cleans up nicely.
