the counter top guy did a sloppy job installing our sink, as I discovered one of the metal fastener had the single screw securing one end almost pulled out from the wood. if left unchecked, the sink would fall down when the screw completely fall off.this jack secured the side of the sink being near the failing fastener very well

Used for mobile home floor support. Strong to support heavy road. The beauty is it is adjustable with heavy load on top by turning the nut. So you can adjust later as needed with a wrench without jacking up. Great value.
