I have no doubt it will be perfect when put together. In the meantime, no, it's not easy to put together. Evidently these other buyers have the ability. I have to hire a handyman.

Nicely surprised at how sturdy and functional this is!Instructions could be better: It only took about 15 minutes to assemble and 5 of those were trying to understand the first step. Even though there are IKEA - like pictographs about how to install the "handle" - it does not make much sense. You'll just need to figure it out logically.Heavier and sturdier than it looks in pictures.Rolls easily.When the adjustment handle is pressed down it rises quickly to maximum height.It does require some effort to lower the desk back down.Fits perfectly under a recliner to serve as a laptop desk - which was a game changer while I recovered from a back injury.Highly recommend.

This nice bedside table with sturdy steel design is well-made. The table is also useful as a laptop table and has an adjustable height level, as it built with a nice pneumatic gas spring lift. When pressing the lever the table quickly lifts, and to lower the table, you simply hold the lever while pressing down firmly on the table. Assembly is quick and easy and comes with everything needed to assemble. The instructions for step one could have been a little clearer, however. The bedside table is designed with silent caster wheels with 360-degree turn. The table is also light weight, should it need to be picked up and moved. The wheels come pre-installed. As described, this bedside table has a weight capacity of 17.6-pounds. The price of this good quality bedside table is low. Show as described on the Amazon online store.
