I purchased this adjustable kennel cover for our extra-large dog crate, and it’s been a game-changer. The material is durable yet lightweight, and it fits perfectly over the crate, giving our dog a cozy, den-like space. The adjustable features are fantastic, allowing me to secure it snugly while leaving openings for ventilation and access where needed.I also appreciate the thoughtful design—there are roll-up panels for easy access and visibility, and the fabric is easy to clean. I bought this for those wet days that we have in the PNW. I was excited because it had pretty good reviews and it was super easy to put on. It said it was waterproof but I know how that material is and it doesn't last long that way. I bought some waterproofing & UV protectant spray for the material and put that on first thing before I used it a few days later. Within 4 hours of using it the velcro on the windows ended up coming off and one side started to fray out. That was unfortunate but it was an easy fix with the safety pins. Then about 2 weeks ago I got a tear in the front. I love the idea of it being light and easy to put on but not excited it didn't even last 5 months before it was trashed.

I made sure to measure my kennel first and check the sizing before buying. However when I received the cover it would not fit the kennel I intended to use it for. I even checked my order and the product info afterwards to make sure I hadn’t made a mistake. I didn’t have the time to wait for a replacement so I had to use a different kennel and change my dogs around for our trip. Not a deal breaker but, annoying all the same. I have purchased this same cover a few years ago and it lasted for two years before the sun weakened it and it started tearing. I really love the ease of use and color. As well as the material and how well it works when fitted properly. It’s a great deal when you need something quick and won’t make long hair dogs over heat like other rain covers.

I bought 2 covers and was pretty excited about them. They were a bit hard to get on but then seemed to fit ok until I zipped them up. They both were extremely tight. They lasted less than a month before ripping. (You will see where they ripped) I did my best to move the cover around to make sure it was situated at it's best fit but it didn't matter.Best of luck to others purchasing this cover. Maybe my kennels were XL or something? I'd have to take another look to see if maybe I was in error but I truly believed these were supposed to fit per dimensions.
