Adjusting the weight on this kettlebell is quite straightforward. I really don't have any complaints; I should have purchased two of them.

I got this kettlebell to compliment my adjustable dumbbells and strength bands, and they've fit perfectly in my routine and space. My intent was to keep a compact workout area, and adjustable weights have been a perfect solution.Changing weight on this kettlebell is very easy, even though the mechanism can be a bit fineky. The weight adjustments allow for slight increases and that has helped with a slowly stepped progression. I was going to get a 50lb kettlebell, but the 30lbs swinging is a good high rep workout.The grip is not knurled at all, but the slightly textured non-slip material works fine and helps keep from tearing up the palms. The indented design allows for easy presses that dont feel awkward on the wrist and forearm. If you're looking to upgrade your workout sessions from just regular, more static weight lifting, then this is a great option. The only downside is they are a little high one the price. If they could cut it to just under a hundred per kettlebell, this would be a great deal.

This kettlebell is so cool and I love using it. It is very easy to change the weight of the kettlebell. It is easy to use and stays attached to the correct weights while in use. Overall, such a great addition to a home gym.

Have not had this kettlebell long-term yet, but I'm pleased that it can weigh as much as 30 lbs., and that it is very easy to adjust. I also like the concave areas on the side so that it can easily go around the back of your head or alongside your legs. I did quite a bit of research before buying and am so far very happy with it.

I have a set of adjustable dumbbells for my home gym that I love. I've wanted kettle bells, but haven't gotten them because I would have needed a whole set of different weights, which would have taken too much space. When I saw this adjustable weight kettle bell, I knew I had to give it a try. This is a perfect solution to a space issue! The bell gives me a great weight range - expanding the exercises that I can do. I've been a gym rat for 43 years now and I can tell you this is a great quality home use piece of equipment. At a commercial gym, I would still want to use specific weight bells, but for the routines I do at home, this adjustable bell is perfect. It's not a big issue to me that the weights are off by a couple pounds. That seems a little nit-picky to me. It's the form and reps that make the difference. The white bell is a great style and looks fantastic set up in my home gym. The construction is strong and durable. The adjusting mechanism is so far flawless. I'm really impressed by this piece. The price when I ordered this was $170 USD. I did note that some other reviewers seem to have gotten this model for significantly less. A search showed quite a few lower priced options. While I love this piece and will use it regularly, it is my opinion that it could be priced better. I'm going to call this a fair value, but it could be a great one at a lower price.
