It flexed and creaked when I was riding, and outright broke a month in. Maybe fine for gentle riding on the street but no good for mountain biking.

I did an Olympic triathlon and wanted to change the angle of my handlebars for greater comfort during the 25 mile ride to save my aging back for the run and swim. This allowed easy adjustment while on my trainer to dial in the best setting. It is light, strong and looks good on the bike.

This is a well made product, easy to install and allows me to move the handlebars into a position comfortable for my neck. I love my old road bike and can now continue to use in comfort
