I was worried when I first opened this package, that the removable headband would not be as good as the previous headband that I had. But, I was wrong! The thinner shape means that it conforms to the shape of the ear better, especially under the water. It is just the right thickness.The only thing I would improve would be to make the velcro patch larger. More velcro, better fit. The patch could be bigger.

This really doesn't fit. It would only fit one size person as the velcro is only an 1/2 inch square. No way to know this while buying.

Slips, too tight no matter how loose it is, and doesn't fit great with a swim cap-and-goggle combination, which is the reason it was purchased.

Pretty small, wish it was more adjustable. Was excited for this concept to wear earplugs below to really make sure my ears would stay waterproof while swimming laps but it didn't stay on well. Was pretty tight and uncomfortable and migrated, and the velcro was way too susceptible to catching on my hair for comfortable use in the future...

This worked great for holding my earplugs in while snorkeling and scuba diving!!! I ordered a medium and it was perfect !!
