I braid hair on the side, and I bought this chair as a stool for me to work in. The chair overall is great quality and very sturdy. The wheels glide soooooo smoothly, and if any hair were to get caught , it could be removed very easily compared to other chairs with standard wheels. The adjustable back was very nice and unboxing and putting the chair together took at most 10 minutes and was VERY easy to do. The seat itself was a bit too firm and the saddle was a bit too wide for me to sit for long periods of time, it felt like I had been riding a bicycle all day. Would give 10 stars if the saddle part was smaller and the cushion was softer.

Comfortable seat though it does take some getting used to. This seat forces me to keep my feat positioned on the floor correctly and has greatly helped to ease my hip pain from sitting all day. We now have 3 in our salon and love them. The height is adjustable with ease and the wheels glide easily.

I have been in dentistry for over 10 years. I have recently been having left hip pain. I have a very nice A-dec dental chair I have been using for over the last six months, and I began having shooting pain to my knee on the left side. I had enough pain it would wake me up at night. I have seen the chiropractor and had massage, and getting this chair has helped continue to relieve the pain I no longer have after dealing with it for over two months. I switched two weeks ago and tried out a colleague’s chair for one week that was very similar to this one. I chose this chair because I liked the ease of the wheels and the cushion in the chair. I can wheel behind the patient easily, and the chair is so soft and keeps my hips in a comfortable position. I am also pregnant and this will help prepare my hips for later. Saddle chairs take time to get used to and you may have soreness at first, but continue to try it out. This position for your hips when sitting long hours is much healthier for your body and circulation. Try it out 👍

I tattoo, and moving to their chair really helped my lower back. I really like the size and angle of the saddle seat, I've tried other options before that were either too wide, or had strange pressure spots. Having the back rest is also a major plus as it makes it easy to lean back if needed. The rollerblade wheels are so pleasant that I actually switched out the wheels of other furniture to have something similar. I don't personally have to worry about how particular parts of anatomy might interact with the chair, but my husband has tried the chair and also found it comfortable.

My previous office chair was of your standard variety which would allow me to slouch, cross my legs and just have bad posture allowing my spine to curve incorrectly. Sometimes after sitting in my old chair I could barely get out of it. Since I have had this chair my back no longer hurts since it does not allow my bad posture. I will say it took sometime to get used to it and get the back rest adjusted for me. This is not a chair for a short skirt if you will be using it in an office setting as it does not allow you to put your legs together which is the whole idea of the chair. The wheels on this chair are so nice and it moves around so easily. This is a great chair and has significantly helped my back.

Well, I purchased this chair 4 months ago. In 4 month its gone downhill quick. The backrest no longer stays adjusted where it needs to be and the backrest itself is coming apart. Now getting to the actual chair itself. I purchased this in hopes it would be better for my back. Well it is better than the stool I was sitting on prior but not by much. I think if things would actually stay put and not be falling down and coming apart...maybe it would offer a bit better support. Sad part is that because I've had it 4 months. It is no longer covered by any warranty. Company has no issue with the fact that their chair is really not that good. I was written a nice little letter stating that they really stand behind their product... only for the mentioned 3 months. Anyway just putting this out there that maybe it will help with someone who is looking for a chair that will hold up.So.. best thing about this chair. The wheels. They are still holding up as stated.

Great chair. My partner got it for me. Work in a vet clinic. I’m the technician there. Lately my back has been killing me from all the lifting and sitting. Had the chair for a week been great. Haven’t had an back pain. Highly recommend. I like it makes me sit straight.

I purchased this Saddle Stool a little over a year ago and had a wheel go bad. From my Amazon "Order Detail" screen I selected the get help link and asked how I might to go about finding what exact wheel I would need and where I could get a replacement.Amazon sent my information and request to FRNIAMC who quickly responded to me by email telling me what I needed. They graciously said that if I would send them my shipping address that they would check for spare wheels and send them to me. In less than a week (and 2 days sooner than expected) I received a complete set of 5 wheels to replace on my stool. So impressed with the over and above customer service I received. And so excited to be back on my saddle again. Love this saddle stool! ASIN: B07D1ZWZX2

The chair is good quality for the price and extremely easy to assemble. Unfortunately the seat cushion, though padded, is pretty thin right where it counts, and I can't sit in the seat for more than half an hour before the tissues under my sits bones hurt pretty badly. After just a few minutes it feels like a really hard bike seat, not like the comfortable ones most non-racers prefer. And I'm not skinny--have a pretty decent amount of junk in the trunk, so the fact that the seat feels too hard, despite multiple repositioning attempts and changes in leg position, tells me that its likely too firm for most people.Another issue is the nose on the seat front (the narrow portion in front) tips up really high, which is weird. And this part of the chair isn't adjustable. The other issue I have with it is that the chair back is too far back, even with adjusting it as far forward as possible.Putting pillows on the seat and back make the chair salvageable for me, but this is not exactly what anyone envisions when ordering a new chair. On every other level it is a sturdy chair, just can't quite make it work for me as is. I suspect that would be what most people will find with it.

The wheels broke after a few months. I tried for 3 months to get the company to respect their guarantee and got the run around. They told me to contact the manufacturer but couldn't give me any contact information. Then, it was over a year and they said that I was too late. They totally screwed me over. Amazon has done nothing but refer me back to the company. The problem was escalated over 6 times, but always came back with nothing. What a waste of time and money. Don't buy anything from this store.

This chair is horribly uncomfortable. The saddle seat design is build very extreme in shape. It smashed my husband's nuts so bad and he would snarl at the chair like a rabid dog every time he walked into the room. The chair also irritates everything down south of the boarder of a woman's body. Bladder infections can result. We pulled the seat off and tried to remove the wooden saddle from inside of it and turn it into a stool. Seemed easy, but it was not. Felt like 2 K of staples in it. Now it looks like "Frankin Stool" but at least we used it....For a while. Then one day the evil chair spirits came to visit and the chair started to raise itself up as if it was possessed. Leaky hydraulics. Drives me nuts...Drives my husband's nuts nuts. My dogs bark at it when it moves itself. The wheels are built well. But not worth the headache and money.
