I have used these along with conventional fixings. Already had to remove kitchen units due to a water leak and using these made it vey easy. I have also used them for fixing other things in voids.

I bought the orange ones so I can find them easily. I make a lot of burgers, vacuum pack them and freeze for later. Before you dismiss this review as a fever dream, read on. I stack the burgers on trays and put them in the freezer before vacuum packing. Otherwise they deform badly when packed soft. A single layer freezes quickest, so stacking several trays means the first few trays of burgers get crushed and don't freeze well. Drop a few spacers in and the cold can get amongst it all and the trays stay separated. No more deformed burgers for me. Now you can see why I bought the orange ones. They work well and are dish washer safe, they drop over the tines and stay put. It's not food grade specific plastic, but I doubt there's risk of contamination.
