Perfect for my son to practice volleyball indoors or outdoors in good weather. This rebounder is great for anyone wanting to practice different exercises using a ball. It’s 7 feet high and 4 feet wide providing lots of room to practice. The assembly was very easy and took just a few minutes. When outdoors we use the spikes provided and when indoors we simply place weights on the bottom pole and lean against a wall for extra support.

Great quality! Used it for soccer and my friend used it for volleyball and we both had great success.

My daughter used to get frustrated when we couldn't make it to the gym for volleyball practice. Having this net has been a game-changer for her solo practice sessions. She can serve, set, pass, and spike the ball into the net, and it bounces right back. The net's elasticity is just perfect. The setup was a breeze, and the ground spikes are a handy addition. She didn't use them initially and ended up tipping the net over a few times. That's only an issue if you hit the frame, which does happen occasionally. What's really cool about this model is the carrying bag it comes with. It might not be a big deal for everyone, but my daughter frequently brings it to her cousin's place for joint practice sessions, so it's a great feature for us. This net came with a ground spike instead of water weights, which has worked out well, but I can see how having the option for hard surfaces could be beneficial.

My son has been wanting a ball return net for some time now.I know this one is not technically meant for football, but it works well for it.This was easy to put together and seems like it will be pretty sturdy over time

This 4x7 rebounder assembles easily and can be used for a variety sports drills. The frame is a bit flexy due to twisting at all of the frame tubing joints while handling and positioning it, but it is stable once positioned as desired. If placed on a hard surface, it helps to place some weights like sandbags on the back support so keep it in place. The one limitation I found was that it works best with larger balls. Something smaller like a tennis, lacrosse, or pickleball with often rebound off in a random different direction than expected due to the size of the holes in the net which are about 2" square.

My daughter was so excited to use this! She helped me assemble it and it was relatively easy. I think the toughest part was stretching the net and getting the ties on, but it wasn’t bad at all. She’s 11 and she was able to do it with my help. It’s quite large and sturdy. The ball bounces perfectly off the net. There’s no instructions on how to put the red target area on but if you use a little brain power, you’ll figure it out. She loves this thing!

I took my time assembling this and it turned out great! The pieces connect together well and it was nice to have handy elastic cords at the end of the pins used to adjust the angle of the net. Since we are using it for Lacrosse, I didn't need to stake it down, but with a volley ball I'm sure you would need to do this. The 41? ball cords held the net in place well....I'd recommend not placing a cord at the corners, rather just attach one in the first square down and another in the first square to the side of the corner of the net grid. We don't plan to travel with it, so the bag isn't useful, and it includes a redish/orange strap about 8 feet long that maybe is used to hold the poles together to travel? To store it in the shed for winter, I would recommend just disconnecting two of the side uprights, and allow the two sides to book fold to make it smaller....that way you don't need to remove a ton of the ball cords that holds the net to the frame! It returns the ball well when cast at the net with the "Crosse"
