I was able to set this up by myself in about 30 minutes. Super easy.i love that it is adjustable, and the adjustability is quick and easy to do, more time for my workout, less time setting up. Very sturdy, perfect size. I Love it

I got this Roburflex workout bench to replace my smaller one I have at home. It was really easy to put together. Items were carefully packaged in its own bag. Shows company cares about quality of their product. Seat and seat back is easily adjustable for a wide range of workouts and locks into place as needed. Steel frame is very well built-thick and sturdy.Best feature about this bench - it folds up and can't be easily storedWorst feature - the leg rollers. I found the leg rollers to be the worst part about this bench. It doesn't lock into place and freely swings. Some people may like that but if I were to use it, needs to have something lock it into place.

Easy to fold and put away. The bench is a good size and is sturdy. My husband is not a small man and he fits comfortably on it.

Great quality bench with thick, comfortable pads. Assembly was quick. The adjustment pins/slides are easy to adjust for different exercises. Have no doubts about the claimed weight capacity, this bench is over-built for sure!During use, it is quiet, with no creaks or clicks, and doesn't rock around either. Best of all, I like that it folds in half for easy storage. Perfect for apartments or small homes with limited space.

Super solid weight lifting workout bench! Looks like a lot of parts, but it's an honestly easy build. Took literally ten minutes from unpacking to screwing on both leg footings and being ready to work out.Easy to use spring pin adjustments on both the seat and rear back support. Smoothly adjusts from Flat to Incline to Decline to a FULL 90 degrees sitting straight up!! Hard to find a bench that does the full 90 and this one is it!!Even comes with easy to use/remove bungee arm cords. Simply slip them on & off the legs as you like to workout. Once you're finished, pull the central support pin and this bench folds up very nicely into a corner or closet to get out of the way. Awesome workout piece!!

The bench is sturdy and does what it is advertised to do.I have some kettlebells and water weights that I wanted to use like barbells and dumbbells. This bench ended up being a great choice.It was easy to assemble and sturdy enough to fit my needs.For example, I liked the fact that it was adjustable so I could use different angles.Another thing, I can't speak for its weight-bearing capacity (It says 700 lbs.) because I just use it for relatively light weights, but it handles my 200 lbs and 70 lbs of weights easily.I think it will stand the test of time as a hobbyist.I think you could do a lot worse for this price.
