I really like the design and size of this door knocker and it would have worked out perfectly but it arrived with flaked off paint on the front. I can't find a way to contact the seller and now have to deal with a return.

One of the them came broken and couldn’t use it! They refunded the money right away. Our door looks stunning!! The price is right, they are very heavy and well made. We are happy we have them in our house!!

I don’t do reviews. Just isn’t my thing. However, this company’s customer service was so outstanding that I had to write one here.Bought 2 of the Adonikam Antique Heavy Duty Cast Iron gate latches. They arrived and the quality was really good and solid. I went to install and the spindles were too short for how thick my gates are. Not their fault, it was my issue for having such heavy duty gates.I send them an email telling them my issue. Within a 1/2 hour I get a reply and they offer to custom cut the length I need and to ship them right away. Couldn’t believe it. A day later, they email me with tracking number and that they already shipped them out!Today the package arrives and not only are the 2 custom cut spindles in there but they also included 5 brass door signs as a gift. All of this and they never charged me for the custom cut spindles or shipping.Incredible customer service.In this day and age when customer service seems to be an afterthought, this company goes above and beyond for their customers. I can’t recommend them enough. Job WELL DONE!

This is an amazing Door Knocker. The quality and workmanship is way more than I could have asked for. I use this so my wife can knock on my shop door.I loved the small pamphlet included along with the blessing!! You are truly doing the Lord’s work and I highly recommend this seller.

I ordered this latch and it was not the best choice for the type of gate we have. I contacted Adonai and they replied very quickly, helped me make a better choice, and had it at my door within the week. I was very impressed with their service and highly recommend them.

My front and back doors are older so after a bunch of sanding and a funky color I just want to add to the vintage vibe. These knockers are quite heavy looking and are just the right size for an average sized door. I had them installed in a flash...very happy with the purchase.

This is beyond what I imagined. Very sturdy and something you would find on a high end home, resort, etc. beautiful craftsmanship and it looks awesome on our home. We have a cottage style home from 1947 and I wanted something unique. This is perfect and I love it. We got the wax finish and it’s really cool. Very happy with our purchase. You won’t be disappointed.

Used this for a outdoor gate. First one I order arrived without the square bar that goes between the front and back halfs of the latch. Without it the latch will not open from the front of the gate. Also was missing a package of black screws. I contacted the seller via Amazon, stated the missed parts, and opted to have another shipped. Because it was taking a week of so to get the replacement, and went to lock shop and purchased the needed square bar and installed the latch. After just a couple of days, noticed 2 rust spots on the back latch. Looking closely I realized that these area had chipped off powder coating. Got the replacement, and it was also missing the square bar. This is an important part as the latch does not function without it. The new back latch also had a couople of places where the powder coating was chipped..I touched these up with black paint, and installed this in place of the first one. So, I do like the looks of this product, but a bit uneasy with the powder coat issues. The missing square bar is baffling, as it is need, and not easy to find at stores because it is a part that is typically included with the door latch package. They made sure I got multiple bible scripture flyers in both shipments, but not all the needed parts.

I got the un-lacquered, as I am showing in the photo. It is beautifully constructed, heavy & nice loud sound! Clunk, clunk...just as i'd hoped! It comes with 4 screws + 2 extra! How thoughtful! It was delivered in 2 days! It feels great in your hand & I want to go outside & look at it all of the time! So cool looking! It compliments the door knocker we have on the other side. Thank you to the makers of this item, we really like it!

Just what we needed. It matches existing fixtures on the door like the lock surround and handle so for us it's perfect. It's solid and easy to fit as it just screws into the wood - no need to drill mounting holes right through and affix nuts. At last we can hear people when the arrive at the door!
