This item is not at all as described or pictured. Only one layer of fabric and extremely poorly made. I should have gone to Joann’s Fabrics and just made this myself.

Item arrived well packed and in a timely manner. I was terribly disappointed in this little tutu skirt. It is not anywhere close to being as full looking as the photo. Colors are okay and waist size was consistent with description but skirt should have been a little longer. My main issue is it lacks the "full" look of the photo even after attempts to ruffle the skirt to make it puffier - that just made it shorter.

I paid extra for fast delivery. Showed up 3 days late. That was my first waste of money. My second was the purchase as a whole. I laughed when I took it out of the package. Colors are okay but it barely qualifies as a tutu. I hope this seller can do better.

It’s pretty but it’s not a lot of fabric around the skirt like it shows in the picture
