Why buy a power bank if you have Makita batteries? You get a lot of functionality from this little device and offers a lot of value. Portability is obvious with the handy belt clip. The plastic feels as solid as the OE and I don't fear a track or belt clip snapping off. Power delivery is up to 22.5W, which will charger most devices moderately fast and far outpaced Makita's branded offering. However, it's important to note that being an aftermarket product that offers no active cooling, I would be a little leery using this as a primary charger for my batteries. Occasionally or in a pinch, no worries, but it's good to stick with Makita's chargers to maintain the longevity or your very-expensive batteries.

I didn’t see this info anywhere so I thought I would post it here. The USB-A port is labeled QC 3.0. When lugged into an iPhone 12 Mini via USB-A to Lightning cable, the battery output is 9v 1a 9w. When USB-A is plugged into a device that only accepts 5v, the battery output is 5v 1.8a 9w. So, that’s nice that this battery adapter recognizes the limit of the device it’s charging and steps up or down appropriately. The USB-C port is labeled PD. When plugged into the iPhone with a USB-C to Lightning cable, the battery output is 9v 1a 9.5w (some rounding error on these numbers). When the USB-C port is plugged into something that only accepts 5v, it outputs 5v.

Excellent quality. Looks better than Makita's version and it has a light on it.

First off, this is not Makita brand. That's okay, just know it going into it. It's fine quality, and works as it should. The flashlight works okay, and can be used at the same time as the USB. I was able to charge my phone, a rechargeable battery, and more. It's handy to have in the tool box.
