This is not a fancy cape and was pretty much what I expected. Material is light and thin. It is long and will wrap around shoulders as pictured. If you’re looking for an adorable cape for costume this is a great option.

At only ten bucks I wasn’t expecting too much but I thought it would be worth a shot. The cape comes folded and tightly packaged in a plastic bag. Unfolding revealed a LOT of creases from the folding. The fabric is very thin and lightweight and I was afraid of damaging it. I first placed it in the clothes dryer with a damp hand towel on low. This did not get rid of the wrinkles. Next, I pulled out my steamer, that also did not take out the wrinkles. I am afraid to try the clothes iron so for now it still has lots of wrinkles. The fabric is very light and therefore it does not fall flat against you like it does in the marketing pictures, but then again, theirs don’t seem to have the folds that mine does. There is also a weird hump at the back of the cape against the collar. If you’re going to be Quasimodo, then you found the right accessory. This will be fine for lower-level costumes or canvasing on Halloween in the dark.

The sizing chart worked and the cape fits my height. It's a fair price at $9 but I wouldn't pay more due to the type of fabric. It is super light weight nylon and will work fine for standing in, but walking the cape is a little too light.

The cape and mask came vacuum-sealed, which really surprised me. After removing it from the package, the cape has significant folds in it, but I think they will iron out well; the material is light, but an iron shouldn’t damage it. The felt mask was sealed in the package also and was set in such a way that it had no wrinkles; it looks great. The cape is long and has good flow to it, although the bottom edge is only sewn with a serger and therefore has a raw edge. I may have to turn that edge under and sew it myself for a cleaner look.Overall, I’m happy with the cape and mask. For the money, they’re a reasonable value, if they require just a bit of work for a more professional look.

I needed a cape for my upcoming Halloween costume and this seemed like it'll work.It's $10. I should have lowered my expectations.But it'll work in a pinch.Still looking for a great cape for Halloween.NEXT!
