This is my second yoga swing, and I cannot say enough about how much I love it. Whether I’m deepening my stretches, building core strength, or just hanging upside down to decompress after a long day, it delivers every time. The support is solid, the versatility is endless, and the feeling of weightlessness is pure magic. If you’ve been on the fence—just get one. You won’t regret it!

I was debating to buy a more expensive trapeze set but this was so cheap I figured it would be worth trying before spending more on a perhaps higher quality one. Once this arrived, although terribly packaged in an envelope that had ripped and frayed some of the fabric during shipment, it is holding up rather well and getting a lot of daily use. I didn’t trust the carabiners upon ordering so I spent more on those and found what they sent were actually quite sufficient. Great purchase overall and highly recommend. Also, it’s fun!

My house is to small for a standard inversion table, I bought this (Yoga Trapeze) to use as a inversion table,, has made it possible to Stretch my back and neck at home again. There is a bit of a learning curve with getting into & out of it, I made sure to have help nearby as I got used to it. I wasn't able to install the hardware in my ceiling, so the included Daisy Chains have been more useful then expected, I have used a sturdy tree limb, garage rafters, exposed porch beams, swingset, so many options hadn't thought of. It is well made, feels safe when hanging in mid air, and such a bright happy purple.

I love these yoga swings. They're best value for money ! They're definitely worth 5 star.My only remark is that the black grips give off a bit of scent after holding them.

The anchor plates are thin and poorly welded together and they come with wedge anchor bolts. Personally I don't trust wedge anchor bolts in wood since I don't have a concrete ceiling so dumping these and getting circle lag bolts which will in my opinion hold better.

I absolutely love this product! It is exactly as advertised, with the gift included, strong and resistant, great material, very thick. I installed it immediately and started looking for exercises. It seemed kind of hard at first, like all beginnings, but now is my favorite way of workout. The product has all the accessories, so is ready to be installed, it has adjustable height, so no danger of hitting the floor :)

I love the Yoga trapeeze! it was such a great price too and works the same way as the expensive ones. the height adjustment works perfectly since its two of us with different heights using it. I just had to spend extra $10 on screws as the screws it comes with is for concrete but I had to install them on the studs in the cieling and not concrete. Also for relaxation, I have been able to fully sleep extended, however with this fabric I have to bend my knees to completely fit in horizontally. the ones I have tried in classes probably had more fabric to the main swing so it can extend atleast 5 feet and I am only 5'2" . Still great steal for the price and so much you can do with this in terms of stretching, core exercises as well as my favoriteeeee - inversions !!
