It is made with an extruded Teflon smooth bore inner tube that is compatible with a wide range of fluids, including hydraulic brake fluids, and it is protected by a bright stainless steel wire-braid cover. Temperature rated for -100 degrees to +450 degrees Fahrenheit, and it has an excellent pressure rating as well. All these characteristics make it useful for a number of applications, including off-road brake, transmission, clutch, gauge, N2O, power steering, hydraulic, and air conditioning. Please note: Eaton Aeroquip fitting tolerances are engineered to match Eaton Aeroquip hose tolerances. The use of Aeroquip fittings on hose supplied by other manufacturers and/or the use of Eaton Aeroquip hose with fittings supplied by other manufacturers may result in the production of unreliable and unsafe hose assemblies and is neither recommended or authorized by Eaton.

Okay, this product, if it were as advertised, would be great. However, when ordered from Gulf Coast Truck Outfitters, it's not actually 20 ft of hose, but 3 ft. So, now I need to go through the process to return the product.

So the manufacture lies about the ID of this tube, I can explain how this works. Teflon tube is made in MM sizes, increasing in increments of 2, the first tube that exists is 2mm, then 4mm, then 6mm, obviously this is a problem as this hose is advertised as 1/8" or 3.2mm. its more than 33% smaller diameter than what i ordered (allowing for about half the total airflow of the correct hose). to further my point I spent 55 dollars on a hose that that has virtually no working fittings available for it, and about 35 dollars on hose barbs that are now useless because of this. I have never been more upset with a supplier of parts, and furthermore I have never been so severely lied to about a product, These are horrible people, supplying horrible products.
