Update 4/20. This thing is made of a material that separated and broke under use. Bummer!!Very well made, even included extra velcro strips. Better, in my opinion, than the puritan brand, of which i have gone through many!

It works great. I read the other negative comments, and I disagree. Just take a few minutes to correctly adjust it, and it works fine. Also I strongly recommending adding an additional velcro strap from ear to ear over the vertex of your scalp, which will eliminate sideways sliding of the gear as you roll in bed. Just buy some extra velcro anywhere.Originally submitted Oct 2017, still working great December 2023. Remember this is just the strap to secure the Adams circuit, which is not included. Be sure to add you own vertex velcro strap to fully stabilize. I am using the same headgear and nasal prongs for six years now, no problem. Been using Adam Circuit for 20 years.

Very poorly made. Warning, not as pictured. It does not have the stabilization strip on the top and uses oval velcro tabs for the nose strap. Very uncomfortable and moves around a lot at night.Why can't someone just make one like the OEM. Look elsewhere

I have been using this same type of headgear for over ten years. The price is excellent. Once you have your complete headgear all you need to do is replace this part. I use to have to buy a complete setup. I'm glad to find just the part I need.

I do not know how good it really is. I have compared it with other kinds and do not like them as well. This one does not last long and really is not worth the money as far as durability. However, the fit is good for me.

I received exactly what I expected when I ordered.I gave this only 4 stars, because it is not made as well as these used to be. The material is lighter, thinner, and with less stretch; Obviously trying to keep the price down, which I appreciate but this will wear out more quickly than the set available several years ago. The velcro strips for attaching the nose strap to the headgear were too wide, requiring cutting them in half length wise to fit the headgear.Overall very pleased with this headgear, in spite of my nit picking.
