I have been using the multi-cook kettle for over a year now. My major use is for boiling or warming water (power setting 1). And in such a use I have discovered a design flaw.The kettle lacks a spout or pour-friendly design, as a result when pouring from the kettle, the liquid is bound to run down the outside walls of the kettle resulting in a mess every time you pour from it.My request to the manufacture is to to either alter the design (make a broader lip like a saucepan, if spout is not possible) or to provide a secure fitting silicone spout with the product so there's no mess created when pouring liquids.That is only reason I have given it 3 stars. Otherwise it is a well designed and sturdy product with SS304 food-grade stainless steel.
