They don't send a fitting, that will fit the female end of a garden hose!! This is the kind of pool pump, that needs to connect to a garden hose, for your drain line.

I have been using a different pump for 15 year until it died, I bought this Little Giant Pump to replace it, it lasted 1.5 year.

comes without a discharge line which cost me almost as much as the pump! once I had everything the pump performed very well

We purchased this to finish draining our pool. And although it did the job it took a very long time. I would say a little over a foot of water took about 6 hours. But we also were using a regular garden hose attached to the pump. I'm still happy with the purchase!!

This pump didn't require a large volume of water in order to work efficiently. We just needed to empty out a little standing water in a trench. It did it quickly and thoroughly.The thread of this pump is bigger than a hose but there's an adapter included to hook it to the hose.I think we will use this pump now and again and will be very glad to have it.

Pump turns on and moves water exactly as described.We are trying to make an inflatable water slide recycle the water it uses rather than hooking up to the hose. This should work but we can't test until next summer.

Our current pool pump for our inground pool just died. We got this AgiiMan pump to replace it. We have an inground pool and we use this pump to sit on top of the cover to pump out excess water from rain. The pump connects to a hose easily and also comes with two adapters in case you want to use different types of hoses (i.e., garden hose, plastic pool hose). The pump is well-constructed with heavy duty plastic and it's easy to use. The motor seems strong so hopefully this will last us for a long time.
