The first time you spread the rungs out is a little awkward, but I don't know how you'd avoid that.Well, actually I do. it would be *really* helpful if there were distance markings on the straps, so you could easily tell when the rungs are a uniform distance apart. (I have a pair of gymnastic rings with markings on the straps, and it's incredibly helpful.)But once you've got everything spaced the way you want it, there are no problems. The rungs are very bright, and easy to spot even on grass. The pegs to hold it down are adequate to the task (although I haven't tried it yet in really high winds). You can step on the rungs without fear of breaking them.It obviously doesn't roll up as tightly as it was packed, unless you destroy your careful spacing, but it's still eminently portable. If it came with some sort of stuff sack for that, it would be perfect. At one time, I was going to make one of these out of para-cord and paint stirrers. This is a lot better than that would have been!

Love this! The ladder comes with 4 metal stakes if using outside, so you don’t trip over it on grass. The 4 corners of the ropes have a plastic triangle to put the stakes through. Seems to be good quality material. The ladder rungs do have a little bit of weight to them, so I doubt they’d be affected by a light wind even without the stakes. I got this to use indoors mostly and did not test outdoors but functionality seems to work either way! The ladder rungs come pushed together, so you can pull them apart the desired distance. I enjoyed agility training exercises when I was younger playing soccer and wanted to get something like this to recreate those workouts in my small living room. You can find ideas online, but I ran through the ladder rungs in different patterns. For example I’d go on the right side of the ladder facing it horizontally, and stepped forward into the first square and back, then forward into the next square on right and back, and so on. Another idea is also on the side of the ladder, getting in plank position with your hands in the ladder square, and ‘walk’ yourself down the ladder keeping in plank position. Bonus points if you do push-ups with each rung of the ladder. Be aware that if you don’t intend to use the full length of the ladder, there will be a lot of extra rope left over, so you may want to consider some kind of cable tie or rubber band to manage it. This is a fun way to get a good cardio workout and a bunch of steps in your day. Great value for money.

This agility ladder amounts to two very long strips of 'backpack' style fabric, with the plastic 'rungs' sliding up and down that length. It's hard to go wrong, and when you've set it up, it's decent. The plastic rungs are 'fairly sturdy'. The problem is - the setting up. It's bundled with all the rungs at one end, leaving 19 feet of strips to slide them down to get them right. There's no helping that with the way the strips are threaded through the rungs. This ends up being a 30 minute huff-and-puff slide, adjust, slide, adjust affair - which is a workout in itself. It does allow for adjustment though - if you have a wee one, or an older kid you can make the gaps however you like.I'm not entirely certain how I'd improve it, only that I would...It's functional, a bit awkward, a bit basic, but does what it's made for - providing delinated gaps for kids to jump around.

I bought this 12-rung, 20ft agility ladder for my 10-year-old son who’s really into soccer, and it’s been a fantastic addition to his training routine. The ladder is lightweight, easy to set up, and comes with a carry bag that makes it super convenient to take to the park or use in the backyard. The rungs are adjustable, which is great for customizing drills based on footwork or stride length. We've been using it for speed, coordination, and balance exercises, and it’s noticeably improved his quickness and control on the field. The material feels durable, and even after several outdoor sessions, it still looks new. It doesn’t tangle easily, which is a huge plus when you’re dealing with excited kids ready to jump right in.If you have a young athlete working on agility and foot speed, this is a must-have tool. Definitely recommend for youth soccer training!

As we approach the end of the soccer season, I was wanting to invest in some good-value accessories that can help my daughters' stay sharp and enhance their footwork, and at the same time, have something that's portable.I see a ton of videos on Instragram for agility drills and exercises, and whilst I don't expect miracle results from a ladder on the floor, I can certainly see value in improving footwork speed, balance and coordination. This ladder will be an excellent way to enhance that. The adjustable rungs make it easy to customize the difficulty, and it folds up compactly for easy storage. It also comes with stakes to be able to pin the ladder down, if you find it's moving too much when being used.An agility ladder is a great addition to your coaching/training equipment, and this one is highly recommended! make sure you look on YouTube for some valuable exercises!

Got this to get my son into doing a few circuit type rounds at home now that he is interested and playing soccer. The ladder is super easy to set up in grass although it slides on other harded surfaces. I wish the yellow bars had some stoppers along the ropes but it is fine for what is worth. Lightweight and convenient, it can be taken everywhere and setup in no time!

The quality isn’t the best to be honest. It’ll do for the meantime but I wish it would have been made of better quality.
