I use these clip style mp3 players for doing yard work. My last two died pretty quickly for some reason so I took a chance and switched brands. Have to say I am very impressed with this player so far. Intuitive user interface, great sound, and easy to load music. It won't get a real workout until next summer and I will update my review at that time. But definitely worth a try.

This is my second AGPTEK mp3 player. The clip eventually broke on my first one (model A50S) after 2 or 3 years of heavy use. This model is almost identical to my first one. It's a little bigger and has noticeably longer battery life. Also, the control layout is slightly different. I really like this little audio player. It has many nice features. In addition to having lots of onboard storage, it has a built-in FM radio that you can record from, Bluetooth, a micro SD card slot for even more storage capacity, a photo viewer, and even the ability to play video. I use it alot around the house and when I'm riding my bike. I also like the "Resume" feature, that takes you back where you were listening last, after you charge it, or load more audio tracks. This feature won't work, however, if you accidently advance to another track. A feature that I think would be really nice, would be the ability to undue the last 1 or 2 button pushes, because, as an example, I will be listening to a podcast which is 1 or 2 hours in length. I may want to pause the audio, or rewind 10 to 20 seconds. I frequently press the wrong area or press the right area, but I don't hold the button long enough, and all of a sudden I'm listening to the next track. Then, I need to get back to the previous track, and depending where I was in that 1 to 2 hour track, I may need to hold down the Fast Forward button continously for a minute or more, to get back where I was in the podcast. This is very annoying and inconvenient. I tried to listen to this player using my car's Bluetooth, and the sound would drop out whenever I tried to adjust the volume. Pairing it to my car was difficult, and at times, it wouldn't pair at all. On the other hand, I tried listening to music on my 10 year old smart phone, using Bluetooth with the same car, and it worked flawlessly. This new model also takes longer to boot up, and become ready to play, than my old AGPTEK mp3 player for some reason. I would have thought this model would have booted up faster. In spite of my complaints, I think this is a really nice little digital audio player. I'm glad that I bought it.

This is my second purchase of an AGPTEK MP3 Player and I am not disappointed. My first one still works but the battery is starting to require more charging, usually a sign that it is nearing the end of life. I have heavily used the first one for at least 4 years and most likely longer uniquely to play MP3 music while exercising, biking or traveling. It's compact, simple to operate, generates great sound and connects easily to any blue tooth device. And importantly it's not expensive.Granted I've done the setup previously but I honestly believe anyone with a little patience and the willingness to review the small manual should be able to have this up and running quickly. The volume control (Up/Down) is on the right side clearly marked with up or down arrows and doesn't require any more than hitting those buttons to set the preferred volume. There is a single return or back button that may indeed require to be hit multiple times if you have navigated to several levels of a sub menu but it's really intuitive. It isn't perfect and probably not for everyone. I can't vouch for all of the additional "features" that have been implemented. Personally I can't even imagine loading up a small device like this with photos or videos that would require a magnifying glass to see but if that's your thing then go for it.But I can say that for the price this little item generates excellent convenient sound and my experience leads me to believe it's solidly made.

I only use this unit for audiobooks, half the time on headphones, half on a BT speaker or BT'd to the car.BT isn't the latest, it's a little weak in the car and drops connection sometimes, not sure why.One complaint is the lack of an equalizer - highest volume setting is barely enough for clarity outside or in the shower. But then, I haven't been completely happy with an MP3 player since my last SanDisk Clip+ died, and I'm not very good with compromise. That said, this one does lock if you hold down the left function (?) button and unlocks the same way. Setting a shutoff time is a lot of button presses but it gets automatic after a month or so LoLOverall, good for my use - took a star off because the volume control rocker won't just roll up or down with a press. You'll have to press the rocker to display the volume, THEN you press again to change volume. Annoying, but less annoying than the earlier version of this player IMHO.SIX MONTH UPDATE: This morning, the clip snapped off when I used it. I thought it was loose, but one side of the swivel is broken. As a "clip" MP3 player, this device is now worthless. No warranty information available. Removing as many stars as possible.

Sound quality is very bad and even less than cheap FM radio. Controller don't work at first click. Its a waste of money.I would suggest don't run after their Bluetooth feature and buy this junk. Rather buy SanDisk or sony mp3 player if you want to save your ears

Etonnant petit baladeur Bluetooth.
