I wouldn't call this tummy control although there is a little ruching in the front. It fits a little snug which isn't flattering on this plus sized gal. The bottoms don't come up quite as much as I'd like, if they did they might provide a little extra tummy control and coverage. I didn't feel like it was particularly supportive and the inserts look strange when the suit is on.

I got this swims suit to take on an upcoming trip to lounge at the pool and wear on the beach. The top is super cute, beautiful color and very flattering. Love that it is criss cross adjustable straps in the back, that always helps with support and are more comfortable than a halter tie digging into your neck! The material is soft and comfortable and I don’t feel like anything is going to fall out while swimming or walking around. Now, I don’t love the bottoms. They fit me weird and I wish they were the same solid color as the top – but that is probably a personal thing! I will probably just wear the top with a pair of swim shorts.

The AI'MAGE Women's Tankini Swimsuit in blush red is lovely to behold and touch. The colorway is like a dark cinammon for the takini top and slightly darker, greyer tone for the bottom. It is well stitched and carefully designed. The padded cups are removable.The fit is not exactly as described, however. Strangely enough for me, the bottom fits just right, a bit cheeky but without uncomfortable sagging or awkward cut in front. But the top feels a tad on the small side. The top is also not lined throughout, so the fabric does not have much tummy control as billed, Instead it hugs the skin in ways that are not always becoming. That said, it will avoid the flopping up and floating about disadvantage of many takinis. I am on the high end of the medium size I ordered, and I expect that another five pounds lost (I'm on a roll, lately, knock wood) will make all the difference.If you are looking for a well crafted swimsuit in this flirty and fun style with pretty colors, I would recommend trying this suit, though be careful when choosing your size to suit where you think you want more room. I will update this review after testing during my upcoming beach vacation.

Getting a swimsuit on line has to one of the trickier things to do. But I really like this one. I ordered mainly for the top and will probably wear with swim shorts. I am older and not skinny so I am not really comfortable with the bottoms. They are cute and do offer adequate coverage but just not right for me.The top fits great. The bra has very light padding, enough to offer coverage and structure but not thick and clumsy looking. I love the color. The top is quite long and snug(not tight) so you do not have to worry about your top floating up in the pool. The best feature is the adjustable straps. Often fixed straps are too long on me, I like that I can adjust these for more top support.

Ladies, I don’t know about you but not much in my life is as depressing as trying on bathing suits! I was hopeful when I ordered this and I was so happy and relieved when I received it and tried it on! I went by the sizing measurements on their chart and ended up ordering a size larger than my usual size, and it fits perfectly. I probably could have gone with my usual size, but I hate when a bathing suit that has tummy control is tight and ends up accentuating what you didn’t want it to! The top is SO flattering! From the neckline to the ruching to the adjustable straps and the fact the top comes down and doesn’t ride up…it checks all my boxes. The bottoms are a nice contrast with the pretty floral print. They are high waisted but comfortable. The bottom covers my bottom, but the sides come up enough that it doesn’t look like granny panties. The material is a nice quality, the stitching is well done and I love the army green color. And as a bonus, the price was extremely reasonable! I can’t wait to wear this on an upcoming cruise.

Here's a great option if you're like me and don't like revealing it all - I especially like that this feels very well made - the colors are vibrant, it has a comfortable fit and isn't too snug or too loose anywhere. Now, if you are like me and find it hard to identify a good-fitting 2- piece swimsuit, try this one! I'm normally a 38 C on top, and 8/10 on bottom. I have lost about 10 lbs so I'm around 155 right now and I got the XL, out of safety, thinking this may run small. (It does not.) The top fits amazingly well, (and look at those adjustable straps!), the bottom has some room to it, which I think is more because I have no rear end- not because the sizing is wrong. But overall, this is a very nice suit. There is padding in the top, which can easily be removed. The bottoms are more of a high waist, and a tad more arching around the inner thigh and groin than I typically like, but after a few washes it may adjust more. I think I could have gotten away with a Large and been right on target! But it's not like it's gaping open anywhere, so overall I'm giving this five stars! My husband likes it too so that's a plus.
