The product is easy to assemble, the product overall is good so far, but after one month the hooks were disappointing, they started to come off and break, they can barely hold a light jacket.

I’ve been really happy with this shoe bench and coat hanger overall! It’s the perfect addition to our entryway. The multiple shelves provide plenty of space to store shoes for our family of three, and everything is neatly organized now. The bench is surprisingly sturdy—it easily supports my husband (240lbs) and even my toddler who has jumped on and slammed into it a few times during play. It hasn’t budged or shown any signs of wear, which is really impressive! This piece of furniture is on the small side compared to others I saw while still supporting our needs, which is exactly what we were looking for for our home.The bench was easy and quick to assemble with only one person.The aesthetic design is another highlight; it has a clean, modern look that complements our home and feels much more expensive than the price suggests. The materials have a premium feel to them, and I love how it instantly elevated our space.That said, I did have an issue with one of the coat hooks. Within just a week of use, one of the hooks bent after hanging a very light jacket. I live in Florida, so we don’t even have heavy jackets—just light ones for the occasional cooler evening. This was disappointing since the rest of the piece is so well-built. I’ve been able to straighten the hook to preserve the aesthetic, but I’m concerned about its long-term durability, and therefore don’t hang anything on it. I suppose the hooks could be replaced if it came down to it.Despite this issue, the bench itself is great, and I’m still happy with my purchase. If the hook issue could be addressed, it would easily be a 5-star product!

Product is exactly as described and was packed well. Looks great by our front door and is very functional. Was easy to assemble and came with some tools.

Great item for the price fits perfectly in the space I put it. Well made. Hooks are small, but sturdy. Nice color. Takes a bit to assemble, but doable.all in all, I'm pleased with it.

Appearance is mighty cute very easy to assemble quality looks nice but cheap and perfect small size . Sturdy enough to sit my toddler to put shoes on and as for it's price of worth it I think it was a bit pricey but over all I'm happy
