No matter what you do, you'll end up with a E1 error code. Don't bother trying to find information how to resolve the problem. You won't find it as a Aim Power problem. They (Aim) says that once the battery(ies) return to full power, the module will reset. Don't believe it, it won't.You will need to unmount it off your RV wall. Disconnect the Power (to/from) Battery. Disconnect the Solar Panels (wires).Next reconnect the battery (according to Aim) FIRST and connect those wires. Then reconnect your Solar Panels and cross you fingers that works. The Controller Manuel sucks and you won't find answers on their website either. My best advise.... by a differnt brand that has access to these wires up front on the module. It will be easier to go through these procedures and clear the code if it happens to you.Good luck.....

We didn't use our camper for 6 months. It was plugged in but the cord failed sometime we dont know when, but youd have thought the solar panels would have been sufficient in the summer. When we got it ready to use, the solar charger was broken. Had to reorder the same one because that was the one we could get next day.

I never do reviews but hopefully this will save someone from ruining hundreds of dollars worth of batteries. They over charge the batteries and cook them. Lead engineer said "at 15volts it wont do that" Well it is the current not the voltage that is killing these things. BTW This controller has been on 2 systems and both systems have cooked batteries within 2 weeks.
