I've been wearing this for Jiujitsu rolling and it offers a good balance between protection and mobility. Best I've worn for this sport.

provides protection for direct shots, but soft enough to not limit movement at all. being washable is a plus.

I use these to roll in. Protects the goods without providing an undo advantage (if you know, you know). Legal by IBJJF standards. Washable. As comfortable as a cup can be. Would not recommend for any sport involving flying object, striking or kicking.
