The jack came a couple of days late & arrived in a beat up, holey, but largely intact cardboard box. Inside I found a used jack with scratched up and worn away paint, especially scratched up where the jack handle inserts. The jack handle had about half the paint worn off. The manual was loose in the box and was badly ripped up. At first I Intended to just send it back, but I need the jack to operate my press. So, I decided to see if it worked. It did. So am keeping it. I pieced the manual together and made a mostly legible, intact copy from the pieces. Gave it 2 stars because it works & the price was right. Not happy.
