The Air King 9318 Industrial Grade Wall Fan is used to cool and circulate air in industrial or commercial settings including, loading docks, warehouses, health clubs and other commercial spaces. This fan can be mounted to walls, ceilings or steel beams to save floor and table space. The 9318 is suitable for busy warehouses or bustling gyms and keeps the power cord off the ground for high traffic areas. With a powerful motor and steel construction, this fan is the perfect solution for instant air circulation and cooling. Air King added a powder coated finish to the blade guard and mount for years of optimal performance. This unit is tested in accordance with AMCA standard 230.99, meets the made in America requirements of ARRA and is ETL and OSHA compliant. It comes with a 1-year limited warranty to protect against defects in materials and workmanship. Air King equipped this model with a powerful 3-speed, 1-phase motor that's fully enclosed for quiet operation and is rated at 120-volts, 1/6-horsepower and has 3-speed settings for cubic feet per minute of 3190, 2970, 2660 on high, medium and low and rotations per minute of 1500, 1300, 1100 on high, medium and low. The motor is rated for 1.5, 1.3 and 1 amps and 180, 150 and 125 watts. The industrial grade fan motor means high velocity air circulation with little to no maintenance.
Additional Features for a Dependable Work Fan
This fan features a pivoting head to direct airflow and an easy mount for fast installation. Other features include a rear mounted pull cord and powder coated, steel blade guard. The blade guard, motor housing and mount are finished in black. This unit includes a 9-foot, 3-conductor SJT type power cord and measures 21.5-inches (L) by 16-inches (W) by 21-inches (H) with an 21.4-pound weight.

NIce wall/ceiling mount fan. Moves lots of air, heavy duty mounting bracket. Not too noisy, 3 speeds are a nice feature. Well built, shroud is heavy gauge steel. Long power cord. This fan is great in my shop and would work equally well on a patio.

This is an industrial fan made out of steel and powder coated to a nice durable finish. It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I mounted it to the ceiling to add versatility. Very happy with the fan overall. For a two car garage I doubt i will ever use the highest setting. Lowest setting is very quiet and still moves plenty of air for comfort. Thanks!

I bought these for a exercise studio, for the size they were very powerful, put them on a switch up higher, the pull chain is a little short for higher mounts, but did find a long one at Lowe’s for a quick add on for 6 bucks, Low and medium were very quiet settings, high was not too bad but in a residential bedroom setting maybe to noisy for some but any commercial setting quiet enough, well built, no rattling noise, all metal, recommended product.

Let me start by saying that this is my second Air King fan that I've purchased as I use a ceiling-mounted fan in the corner of my horse's stall. The first Air King fan that I purchased lasted about eight years; it was used June through September on hot days. I loved that fan- reliable, quiet and lots of great air circulation.When the fan broke due to a very dusty environment, I bought another Air King (Air King 9318 Industrial Grade High Velocity Multi Mount Fan, 18-Inch,Black) because I liked how long the previous fan lasted. However, after two months of purchase, the newly purchased fan started making a loud noise when on the 'low' setting. It still operates, but the sound is annoying. I was now outside the return policy limit and I'm worried that the fan will stop operating. IFor $120, this fan is a lemon.

Love this machine out doors. The smell of my next door neighbour's cooking is gross and as my windows face their vent my house smells of their food. Not nice n/bours as they did not want to put up a tube going up. I have this fan on facing their house every time they cook. I have also put trees along the fence. I have made a cover for it and it is put away in the winter.

We have a mare who stands in front of the fan and let's her mane blow in the breeze. In hindsight it would be nice if it would oscillate but simplicity is probably better.

Northern California summers are ridiculous at 100+ degrees and this fan was a perfect addition to help keep it manageable. I recently replaced my garage door with a thick insulated door, but the air can still be thick and hot. After a ton of research on various brands, fan blade size, noise level, cfm, etc, this fan was at the top of the list. I'm glad I bought it. It moves some serious air (max 3,190 cfm on high), while drawing only 1.5 amps and at a reasonable noise level (I can comfortably watch/hear the Dodger game). The fan alone dropped my ambient temperature in the garage down approx 6-8 degrees. Definitely a solid purchase.PROS: - The ability to mount this on the wall is great. It keeps the floor clear. - 180 deg rotation is handy. I didn’t think I’d use it as much as I do. - Noise is very reasonable. On low, it just becomes white noise. - High air movement - Long power cord. Made it much easier to mount and plug in.CONS (sorta): - The balance seems to be slightly off. Mine has a very small vibration on medium. Not a deal-breaker though. - The pull chain looks like something from grandma's ceiling fan. It does the trick though.Mounting tip - Have someone there to help mount this. It's awkward to drive in the lag bolt while holding the fan at the same time. I’d recommend min 2.5” lag screw into stud or post. If you add an extra (wide) washer in between the steel mount and the wall, you can get create a swivel pivot point to allow the fan to rotate a few inches back and forth.

This fan is awesome it circulates a impressive amount of air in no time at all was able to cool down 3 large rooms with 1 mid size AC unit instead of individual AC units its not as loud as you would think its a little louder than an average fan on high other than that another nice thing is that this fan does not blow a straight column of air but rather has kind of a sweeping effect which means it circulates everything and you can point it at something and not worry about it blowing it away(though still possible) or being to strong and get annoying the bracket is mounted strong enough to hold the fan i use it as a stand and it works fine sitting on floor have had 0 problems probably going to buy a couple more also works great outside to keep bugs away or smoke

Great, High Quality, Fan! Really impressed with this fan, no cheap junk here. The motor is powerful, the mounting bracket is solid, the whole thing shouts quality. What really impressed me is how quiet the fan is. I mounted this on our new patio that is 16'x24', mounting was a breeze, took me less than 10 minutes to get it up and attached to the ceiling by myself. On the lowest setting, this thing puts out plenty of air and is super quiet. Medium and high put out a ton of air with only a little more sound. I can run it on high and still comfortably hear the stereo while carrying on a conversation. All this plus its a good looking fan to boot!
