These are good solid mounts that attach to the receiver of the Benjamin. Since it's a bolt action with a fixed barrel the accuracy is great. It took about 30 minutes to put them on and have the scope zeroed. Makes the Benjamin more fun for those of us with older eyes. Unlike some break barrel air rifles the bolt action holds the zero. I set it up last night and this morning it's still dead on.Downsides. It does put the scope pretty high above the barrel (almost 2") which means your elevation is much more distance dependent than with the original iron sights. It does block where I would normally hold the gun while pumping, making it a bit awkward but not a big deal. Finally, cocking and putting the pellet in is slightly more difficult but if you put your thumb on the opposite side they go right in - just a pain when one flips the wrong way.

This works well for scopes and attachments that use a 1" ring. I would give it five stars except that it only has two mounting holes. It would be nice to have 3 or 4 evenly spaced so as to adjust the rail to your individual needs. I bought this for my Benjamin 392 pellet rifle, which has very limited space between the mounting rings. With my red dot Tacticon signt, the eye relief is too large for comfort. It makes you have to put your cheek in an uncomfortable position by scrunching forward when picking up a good sight picture.

Best scope mount for the Benjamin Sheridan 392. Crossman makes a scope mount for these, but don't waste your time with it. They retail for around $10 - $15, but they will not accept a standard weaver style scope mount. This mount is solid, and allow for more adjustment for eye relief. I was able to quickly tune it in and when coupled with Beileshi 6-24X50mm AOEG, you have a lethal combo. I did have to put different mounts on the scope as it came with the narrow ones. The Benjamin 392 is a difficult gun to mount a scope to and the Crossman mount attaches to the barrel, whereas this mount attaches to the larger more stable tube portion which holds the bolt on the back, and the front mount secures to the same tube, but in front of the bolt where the pellet sits while chambered. The mounts are thick and well made, and the package comes with two allen wrenches one to fit the screw which tightens the mounting blocks to the tube, and ones to tighten the rail to the mounts. The entire system creates a solid stable platform for your scope rings, but it does sit a bit high when compared to what I would call a standard scope mount. However keep in mind, this gun if difficult to attach a scope to, so this is the best option I've seen thus far.Long story short, its a bit higher, but you won't find a better mount for the Benjamin Sheridan rifle.Scope I recommend for this mount.

Works great on my rifle locks down solid on the receiver and won't move! I saw some reviews that stated that the mounts were super sloppy and that they needed mounts to fit a 3/8 of an inch diameter. The barrel of the gun is 3/8 the receiver 5/8 that's where these mounts go. I used a Hammers 3-9x32AO Air Rifle Scope with outstanding results. If you use this scope you will have to change the mounting rings. This mount uses a Weaver rail set up the scope comes with a 3/8 groove. Cheap and easdy to replace with both worth the money!

Wanted to add a scope for my Benjamin Sheridan .22 cal pellet gun. This is a sturdy mount and is working very well. It sits the scope up pretty high above the barrel.....but the way the gun is made.....I don't know how you could possibly mount a scope any other way. This is pretty much rock solid and I've already used it to start thinning out the destructive little beasts who tear up my lawn. (Note: if you are mounting a scope on an air rifle....make sure you use a scope specifically made for an air rifle. You will ruin a normal scope....even the high dollar ones if you subject them to the air rifle. Something about the difference in the actions. Doubt me? Ask around.)

Not a good choice..........this mount does not work well on older Sheridan Blue Streak rifles, unless you want to become a machinist and start filing and drilling a custom job. Have an antique blue streak??? Keep your open sights!!!

I was looking to mount a scope on my new Benjamin Sheridan 392 air rifle and came across two styles. Due to the superior reviews I tried this one. I am glad I did. This intermount fits great and is solid as a rock. It leaves plenty of room to load your pellets and doesn't interfere with the bolt. Plus I liked the idea of using a rifle scope better. It may cost a bit more, but in this case it is worth it. Do yourself a favor and try this one.

Easy to mount and fits perfectly on my new Benjamin Model 397PA .177 pellet gun. Snap to put on and fit the UTG AccuShot Premium 1-Inch Weaver Style See-Thru Medium Profile Rings I also purchased for the BARSKA 3-9x32 Plinker-22 Riflescope I got. The rings that come with the scope are sufficient, but for the price I would definitely add on the UTG AccuShot rings listed above. I can put a pattern in a silver dollar at 30 feet. Pretty amazing accuracy for a .177 pellet gun. Scope is nice quality for the price too.
