These were okay. The metallic 'chunks' were noticeably chunkier than vallejo or other more premium airbrush brands. But it still sprayed okay out of my 0.5 needle with some thinning. Probably 1 drop of included thinner for every 4 drops of paint. This is definitely good for value and for testing stuff out. But if you're going to have a major project that's going to take 40 hours, maybe you'd just pony up for some of the more premium lines. I certainly would.That said, I'm glad I have this so I can practice, screw around, whatever. If you don't mind a chunkier look to your metallics, or if that's what you're going for, this could work for you.5 stars for a good value, and great assortment of colors.

I am a mid level Air Brusher. These colors are amazing and work great in the air brush. Just make sure you shake them up and us the thinner! Light coats let dry, repeat. in the end its a great looking paint!

I've only done test sprays so far and I can see that this paint is going to be my go to in future builds. Easy cleanup and a nice spectrum of colour

I collected a few different sets of paint because in my house, everyone has decided to do some airbrush painting. I got this for the opportunity to practice and do miniature game pieces and smaller projects.HOW THESE COMEThese come in a box that is wrapped in plastic. Inside, the bottles are in divided compartments to separate the bottles.COLORSThere are a lot of different colors in this set. I highly suggest you make a swatch sheet with drops of paint as it will make choosing colors a lot easier when in the middle of projects. The bottles are pretty small, so larger projects might lead to running out of a color. I suggest staying with smaller projects if you plan to use a lot of one color.MIXINGI have a vortex mixer I use so I don't have issues, but my son does not have one and so far they have still worked for him too.QUALITYThese paints are decent quality. They are not top of the line but they are decent. These will show up better if put on darker backgrounds but at very least matching colors. They will cover, but you will need to make quite a few light layers to get good coverage. I like the colors in this. They work for a lot of accents or different projects our son is doing with game pieces.PERFORMANCEUsing these in an airgun with a medium to larger tip will work fine. In finer tips, you will need to be sure pressure is up to get it through the tip. If you are sure to quickly backwash after each color to clean the air brush it should keep working. There are some challenges for coverage but most of the time, these work great. They set pretty quickly with thin coats.THE BOTTOM LINEThese work well if you keep your brush clean, don't use too fine of a tip, and make sure pressure is up where it should be.MY RATINGFIVE STARS. These paints are really nice to have for practice and developing prototypes of things. That is what we are using it for here. It works well.

The amount in the bottle is quite small.ran out of the one color I was using and now cannot get just that color.other than that the quality is decent.

These paints are nothing but problems. I purchased these paints with my money. They seem thin enough to flow through my 0.2 nozzle. I almost have to have the trigger pulled all the way back to get any flow. At that point, its dumping too much paint. Clean the brush and needle and I get 1 second of good flow before it starts only giving me a squirt here and there, at full trigger pull. I can not recommend this product. Total lack on any information on how to use these paints properly. Thinning the paint doesnt help.
