The tag I received does not turn on. Possibly, the battery is dead or else it is defective. I will update this review after using it with a new battery. The air tag holder is much larger than the included silicone collars. These tags are cumbersome to use on a cat due to their size. The collar and tag are lightweight.

This AirTag collar is perfect for my cat, it's very lightweight, and the location will be updated when an Apple device passes by, which is very reassuring.

This item really leads one to believe it comes with an airtag-like tracking device, however it does not come with a tracker, it is only the "collar-" more on that in a minute. I'm still not sure if it is an incredibly misleading item description or if my package was just missing the tracker, either way, this is an incredible failure of a product.As for the collar- I'm at a loss for words. Mine came with multiple silicone bands, none of which were even remotely appropriately sized to be a pet's collar- one of them was so large it easily fit around my adult human thigh. Am I supposed to cut it? If I did so, there would be no way of closing it. The only thing remotely potentially usable was the airtag holder which, since it doesn't come with a tag, I'm not sure if it even actually fits an airtag properly, but I'm going to assume it doesn't since they clearly have no idea how big a cat's neck is.This may actually be the single worst product I've had the privilege of reviewing. It blows my mind that a company would even try to sell something like this, much less offer it to be reviewed.
