This is really a nice product if you are looking for something very thin and you are not diving into very cold waters. These this suit will probably do good from 75° of water on up. The top is not wet suit material at all, but extra stretchy material, but the bottom legs are. This is a bit odd since we retain heat in our chest area mostly. The suit is front zip so it was easy on and easy off but the legs were a little too big. I am 5’8 and 200, built thick, and the top was fine, but the bottoms are a bit loose. If you want something rather thin,l and manuverable, not a bad choice

This is a comfortable, well made thin neoprene and lycra swimming suit. Good for a cold pool, above 72-74 degrees. Select a size above the recommended on the table. The neoprene covers the full front and back, lycra on the sides and arms.

Make sure to look at picture description, not the item description. Not a torso full neoprene wetsuit and description slightly off. Only has neoprene on waist and legs, full upper body is spandex only. It's comfortable, however just don't expect warmth retention in upper body.
