Exact replacement mandrel that I broke. Fit and works perfectly

I am happy with my purchase of the AKKTOL Rivet Nut Tool and replacement mandrel. I had used a mandrel improperly while applying too much torque to a too thick of material. Take note of the thickness of the material that you apply a rivet nut. I had only considered the diameter of the rivet nut. A selected Rivet nut is not universally applicable to every thickness of material because of the collapsible area needed for thin or thick applications. This makes sense when you think of it and you will need to get a specific rivet nut with a longer collapsible section in case of a thicker insert material. I reached out to AKKTOL with questions about this and they responded promptly and offered more specific instructions. They also offered to replace the broken mandrel that I improperly used and broke. I have bought hundreds of items on Amazon and other sites. I have not seen this level of customer service and attention from any vendor, ever. It is nice to know that a manufacturer cares about their product and their customers use of their tool enough help solve a problem. Even if it was the customer at fault. Amazing!!
