All 4 pieces arrived with all 4 corners bent out of shape, the paint / powder coat was also severely chipped away. I could have tried bending it back into shape. From my experience, over time exposed bare metal will rust. Just had Amazon arrange for a pickup return.Built quality was excellent, but I couldn’t justify holding on to damaged goods and accepting future deterioration on my expense. I highly suggest the manufacturer do better packaging.

All corners were severely bent and the entire piece was bent at the middle. I tried to get a replacement but they would only refund me, not replace, and it had gone up in price by $100. So I couldn't afford to get another. I had to try and bend the corners straight with pliers and a towel. I'll tell you it is heavy duty metal and hard to bend myself. However, that cracked the paint and clear coat. As for the big bend across the piece I just had to force it as straight as possible against the wall as I mounted it.It is a very good storage system for my daughter's medical supplies. I need one more and hope it doesn't come bent. I want the same color, beige, but it's still ridiculously expensive. So I gotta get the gray and my OCD is gonna eat me alive when I look at it on the beige wall. I wouldn't care if it was in a garage or something but it's in my home for myself and her nurses to access supplies easier.
