Your cart is empty.With a faceted glass reservoir and adjustable fiber wick, this alcohol lamp is good for heating wax and tools for wax-working. It cleanly burns denatured alcohol (not included), so there is no soot or residue on your work. It has a 5 oz (150 ml) reservoir capacity, and the outside is faceted so you can position it at different angles without it tipping over. It comes with a 6.5"? (16.5 cm) long, 0.19"? (5mm) thick, fiber wick. It has a screw top with an adjustment screw for the wick, and an extinguisher cap. Top is nickle plated brass. Overall measures 4.75x2.5x2.5"? (12x6.3x6.3 cm). This is well made and the glass is thick so it wont shatter or crack is it gets knocked over.

Cap will not unscrew, locked in place from factory, also the the up and down wheel arrived bent. I had to find a way to add the alcohol to the lamp without removing the upper body.

The product looked as expected but it came poorly packaged. It is difficult to remove the top to fill it with alcohol. I ended up bending parts of the top trying to twist it off. I would not recommend this product. It is unusable for me.

I was surprised it was shipped just in a flimsy box inside a regular envelope, but this thing is thick glass and wasn't damaged in the slightest by the shipping. Great little lamp.

It meets my expectations and serves the purpose. I am using it to heat small wax and clay carving tools.
