Purchased this robe because it had a zipper instead of tie. The fleece lining on both sides of zipper from top to bottom does not allow the zipper to be used. It catches all the way up and down. My solution for that was to cut it all off and remove as much fleece as I could away from the zipper and now it works fine. The length was good because I'm short and the warmth and weight are good as well. The fleece around the cuffs will pick up everything and stick to it, but I left that fleece on and just pick everything off that gets stuck to it. All in all, it's a cheaply made robe, so if you don't want to put in as much work as I did to make it usable, find something else with a zipper.

Am 5’9” 138lbs. Ordered XL for a looser fit. There’s nothing to dislike about these robes. Have several of these Alexander del Rossa robes because they’re warm, soft, and oh so comfortable! The zip-up type is the best for me. Others have mentioned negatives about the zipper not closing. The zippers are great! You’re able to unzip at the top….and also at the bottom which comes in handy. The patch pockets will hold a lot and thus free up your hands.Washes beautifully and I hang it up to dry. Buy it… You’ll be glad you did! 😀

Nice and warm but a bit too small.One place on the fabric was a 5 inch line that wasn’t a scratch, but the nap of the fabric seemed worn. Maybe it was just a fabric defect because it was fine everywhere else. Loved the color. I’m returning and will replace it. Got a 2x 250lbs and 5’7”The fit was good.

I bought this robe in purple as a gift, loved it so much I ordered a red one for me. . When it came I fell in love! It’s sooo soft, warm and generously size. I wear a 2x but bought a 3x to be super comfortable. The pockets are huge, zipper was super easy and arms very comfortable and generous fit. I feel like I have a beautiful gown on because it’s so pretty and comfortable. I am 5’7” and the length is brushing the top of my slippers. The one I bought for a gift needs shortened and I’m having it done before I give it for Christmas ( my friend is shorter). I PROMISE you will love love love this robe! Comfort for a long winter! 🥰

I bought this robe to replace a very old winter robe that had served me well for many years, but it was time for it to be replaced. The large fits me perfectly. The sleeve length is just right. I especially like the fact that the zipper comes all the way up my neck so that my neck is kept warm. There were some complaints in reviews about the zipper and the frustrations of the zipper becoming unzipped from the bottom. The zipper does indeed zip in both directions. I solved the problem of the zipper coming up from the bottom by sewing thread across the lowest part of the zipper threads so that they cannot come apart from the bottom. This does mean that I have to either step into and out of the robe or put it on over my head. But these are better than having to frequently pull the zipper back down from the bottom. Overall the robe is quite luxurous and is very soft, comfortable, and keeps me quite warm.

I LOVE this robe. It is so warm and cozy. I really like the double zipper, so I can unzip the bottom to tuck my legs up under me. It is well-constructed, and the fabric is nice and plush. After I tried it on and decided to keep it, I washed it, and the fabric felt even softer and did not pill. Also, I have two tiny dogs, who seem to think this is a blanket for them, and they keep trying to get under it, which is a bonus of cuteness that might not happen in your house, but is happening in mine. I'm 5'4" with pretty short legs, so on me this robe hangs to my lower calf. I didn't expect it to be that long, but I really like that it is. I'm dealing with a health issue and I'm cold all the time right now. I feel like this is going to make my winter much easier to manage.

I ordered this robe 2 days ago and it arrived today, faster than I expected to receive it.As described on website it is thicker than other robes I have purchased, it's light, warm and comfortable and I like the large pockets. It's a tiny bit longer than I like, but I can deal with it.The sizing is a little confusing on the website but to help someone out, I'm 5'4", 184-188 lbs. and I got it in an XL and it fits really well. I don't like my robes to fit like a blanket and wrap around me, but if you do size up. I hope this helps someone with sizing. For me it was a little pricey but I think it's worth the price if you have something that works for you.It would make a wonderful gift for someone you really care about.

This is so comfortable and warmThe only problem is the two way zip is hard to zip up at times and I have a pin holding down one side of the neck collar as the end of the zip pricks me which is very annoying.
