This item is great quality, but I had to return it because it wouldn’t work and the apartment that I currently have. Whenever I eventually get a place that will work I will be re-ordering!

This shower is amazing. I have never had a shower that feels this good. It just immerses you in water like standing in a summer sprinkle. It’s exactly what I wanted. I had 3 requirements when I decided to replace / upgrade my shower. First, I had to be able to make it go high enough so I could actually stand underneath it. So, if your house is like mine, where the pipe for the show is only 5 feet from the floor, you need something that can get the shower head high enough to stand under it. This did the trick for me. Second, it had to have a hand help attachment show I could rinse down the walls and doors easily and use it for other things. And third, it had to be finished in black. Everything chrome always end up looking poorly after a short amount of time, (my experience), so I figure black might hold up better and I think it looks so much better. This fit all of my requirements without having to add anything extra or rig a bunch of different products together to get my desired result. Installation is super easy and it comes with good instructions and all the pieces you need with extras. They give you 2 pipes that go into the water pipe in the wall that the unit connects to. 1 that houses made correctly will use and then one really long one that you can cut to size as needed. I used the long one complete without any cutting and it was the perfect size. Everything from there is super simple. It seems to be well made. The valve that controls the shower and handheld works great and doesn’t feel cheap at all. The only issue I can see anyone having with the installation is the issue I had which is the fault of how the house was built. The pipe in the wall that you connect to in my house is not attached at the top elbow that the shower pipe attaches to and it not square to the wall so the pipe comes out at an angle. The angle isn’t much of an issue as the escutcheon on the shower covers that nicely. But the water pipe not being attached properly causes the shower assembly to move around way too much being that this is heavy and a pretty big lever. So, I had to shim the pipe where it comes though the wall so that it doesn’t move around. It wasn’t that hard to do, and you can do it several ways if you need to. But like I said this isn’t the fault of the product. I absolutely love this shower and I’m glad I bought it. My shower now looks amazing, and I can’t wait to take showers, it feels that good. Hopefully it will last. It appears that it will but you never know.

welp, it’s about time i finally wrote this review after buying this in december. you get what you pay for. this was installed and it’s so wonky/heavy, it pulled down at an angle. it wasn’t fully vertical and eventually it ended up cracking the internal pipe clamp and the whole thing shot off of the wall mid-shower! i ended up having to buy a new shower valve and used the rainhead from this so essentially this was one very expensive shower head. save your money.

2/4/25 - - I initially bought one of these shower heads and then I ended up purchasing two more to replace the ones throughout my house. The water flow is strong (though it can depend on your water pressure, I don't know, I'm not a plumber). The quality of the materials seems solid, and the installation was simple with clear instructions. For the price, it’s definitely a good value. Now only time will tell how durable it is. I will update my review if anything changes with the product as I use it. Otherwise, 5/5 Star.

Very nice design and work great, I just don’t like the slow water flow in California.I really like that the product came with two head pipes adapter that allow simplest installation.To increase the water flow, there is option to remove the water flow restriction in side the shower head and inside the handheld spray handle.Highly recommended this product.

Really like this shower, they made it easy to install, everything you need is in the box. Wife loves the rain shower head, it's great.

This makes for a very nice relaxing shower. Quick and easy to install. The handheld shower is plastic but looks nice. The main bar that is screwed into the wall does move side to side. But I may not have tightened everything adequately. Swapped out the 10” rain shower with the 12” one that we already had. Overall, it’s a nice high end looking shower system. We like it so much we ordered a second one for our master bathroom. The only thing that I used the teflon tape on was the brass part that goes into the wall and there are no leaks.*Note-to increase water pressure from the handheld shower there is a water restricter inside. The handheld shower piece is two parts. Unscrew the handle from the shower part. Inside that handle part there is the water restricter that can be popped out to increase the water pressure.
