Only had this computer for just over a month and suddenly the screen went black and crashed and will not turn on. I have been using this for school and now I have lost all of my progress. Unable to contact the company for some reason even though I have 3 year warranty!! Pathetic. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

This all in one PC is pretty nice. The setup is quick and simple. It comes with a keyboard, mouse and monitor as well as the cords required to use them. The screen is large, clear and a good quality. It has Windows features and it runs well. The memory is plenty for our purposes.

Update to existing review. I’ve had this computer for six months with no issues, however I woke up this morning and it wouldn’t connect to any of my Bluetooth devices (mouse, keyboard). I tried the mouse and keyboard it came with and those won’t connect either. This computer worked fine yesterday. Now it’s a pile of crap just sitting on my desk with a blue windows login screen that I cannot do anything with because the keyboard and mouse won’t connect. I tried contacting the seller and have been ignored. Amazon won’t help me since I’ve had it past the return window. I would highly suggest going to an actual computer store and buying a computer that will last more than six months, just saying.

This is a very sleek and easy computer to use. I use them for my patient check in computer and my virtual assistant to connect with my patients when checking out. The processor speed is fast for our needs, the picture is great. It doesn’t have a built in web cam. That was the only down side.

We got this computer for my dad who basically uses computers to look at Craig's List and google things. He barely even knows how to use email. It is much faster than his old computer and compact so takes up much less space. Unfortunately, it came with a line in the screen, that I think happened in shipping but we didn't want to deal with the hassle of sending it back, because the line is not too noticeable unless you have really good eyes, which he doesn't. The computer itself works fine, though I wouldn't put too many programs on it. It isn't a gaming computer after all. It would likely be very cost effective for office use as well.
