I have a rescue cat that has had horrible dry skin and dandruff on his back. I have tried supplements , but he won't eat them. I used coconut oil and conditioning cat shampoo. None of that has helped the poor guy! I wanted to give this a try and hope it worked. Unfortunately , I do not see much difference in the dandruff or the shedding. It is not all bad though , as it does seem to help deodorize and get some of the hard to reach areas a bit cleaner. And the cat has had no negative reactions to it. So 3 stars for being able to not have to throw it in the trash, I can still use it to help with the Cheeto the Burrito. Oh it also helped make his fur a little softer.

I ordered PET4U Skin & Coat Spray because brushing a completely dry coat isn’t great for a dog’s fur or skin, especially when using a brush that reaches all the way down to the skin, which is the best way to do a thorough job. My dog has naturally sensitive, itchy skin, and while dietary changes have helped, it’s never completely gone away. I figured a spray designed to soothe irritation would be better than just using water or a leave-in conditioner. I’ve only used it once so far, but I really like it. It has a light, fresh scent and definitely makes the coat feel more conditioned. To boot, she hasn’t been scratching as much since I brushed her, which makes me think it actually helps soothe irritation. I’ve tried shampoos and sprays in the past that made her itch even more, so I was relieved that she responded well to this one. So far, it seems like a great addition to her grooming maintenance routine.

Trying to get my cats to hold still long enough to apply this is the biggest hurdle. Each spray comes out as a small fine mist, and it requires many pumps to get adequate coverage. Usually the cat bolts before that happens. So I switched to applying it to a towel and then capturing the cat for a better even application. The spray has a slightly disagreeable aroma that almost instantly disappears once it's on the furcoat. It leaves the coat softer and more manageable for grooming long-haired cats. The dandruff on their winter coats didn't appear to improve with use.If the pump could be adjusted to provide more product with fewer sprays and easier pumping (it's somewhat stiff for my arthritic hands), this would likely be awarded another star.

Nothing I've tried before will help my pot bull mix dog. Her tummy has no hair at all and it's bright red and she's always licking it. It obviously bothers her. When I spray this on her she licks it all off unless I hold her in my lap.and make sure she doesn't. So, when I do that it seems to be less red. I'm going to try a cone on her because I think it would definitely improve.

I have a very large dog and she has dry skin, especially in the winter months. I sprayed her with this a couple times and all of her dandruff is gone and she smells great. Definitely a great guy.

I was hesitant to try this, but it does seem to make my long haired cat’s fur softer and fluffier. It definitely reduces the amount of static. It has a mild baby powder smell, which is pleasant but not overpowering. My cat hates the spray process it self, so I just spray some on my hands and work it through her coat. I would have appreciated a plain cap or spout cap so that I could avoid using the spray top.

After bathing my dog I sprayed this on the fur coat. It seems very light but the scent lasts for several hours if not a few days. That's impressive in my book where my very happy go lucky pup loves to play outside and smells just like on a slightly warm day. The stuff is awesome! I am not sure if it was the shampoo I used or this spray but my dog's coat was ultra soft and shiny. Very impressed! I may have to keep this in stock!
