About this item

  • This is a professional product but is very easy to use. Simply follow the instructions. If you need help with basic polishing and painting skills, we recommend searching YouTube or other online resources before performing wheel repairs.
  • This product can repair curb damage, chips, scrapes, scratches etc., but can't repair broken or out of shape wheels.
  • The repaired area may vary slightly in color from your original wheel, but the difference will be minimal and should only be visible upon close inspection. There may also be slight differences in color between the new paint and your original paint.
  • The filler is specially formulated to bond fully with aluminum and alloy wheels. It will never come off, even with vibration at high speeds. Its density is the same as that of the wheel material, so it does not need dynamic balancing after repair
  • The paint included in this kit is enough for two wheels, with enough filler for up to 4 wheels.

I think this is a good kit but I did it poorly. The patch hardened like a rock after 24 hour. The color matches my E90 original wheel, which I am well pleased. I didn’t use all the stuff that came with, that might be why I failed. Anyway, I believe if you take your time it would look good. Mine was bad but I think it is better than before.

This alloy wheel repair kit helped with some of the scrapes and scratches on my wheel.

None of my vehicles with silver wheels match this silver.I got it for a BMW and it doesn’t match the color; out of curiosity, I compared it with a F150 and Grand Cherokee that I have and it didn’t match either…

It takes time to mix the fillers and sand down the rough spots, but EASTUP Alloy Wheel Repair Kit does a great job at repairing scratches. For easy clean up, I would recommend putting tape on the rubber wheel before spray painting the Rim.

I was surprised at how easy it was to use the kit. Other than not enough sandpaper, it was plenty to refinish a couple of wheels. The metal alloy combo is a great filler for shallow scratches but does take a little more for deeper ones. The paint is thick and coats well. The instructions were thorough and clear. I've already had compliments on the wheels that were redone, saying the wheel, itself, looked new. It is a good kit

I ordered this kit to help my step daughter do some reconditioning work on the car she just purchased. This is a comprehensive kit for cleaning up and repairing cosmetic damage on an alloy wheel. It was great to be able to order a single package that had all the things that we would need to fix up some damage she had on one of the rims. I especially liked being able to get a can on clear coat that is intended for alloy wheels versus "guessing" if the spray can from the local auto-parts store was going to work. The end result was very good and the rim looks as good as new.

I can’t say this is a bad product. It will do what it claims, however there are some things to note. This takes several steps and some time invested. It’s also important to make sure you have the correct finish for your rims. My rims have both black and silver alloy so it took a lot of masking and some skill to build the filler to a smooth finish that didn’t look like a bad patch job. The final finish is basically spray paint so you absolutely need to mask off everything you don’t want paint on. It is also best to work this in a garage or other area that you don’t have any breeze so the paint doesn’t blow onto surfaces you don’t want it on.
