Manufacturing Process
Cooling system parts undergo performance, endurance and leaktests. Carefully crafted to exceptional OE standards for precise fit, aircraft 6061 grade aluminum and with raw aluminum finish.
Direct Fit for Easy Installation
- Please carefully check the previous radiator before installation. Make sure that all hoses and lines are intact.
- And disconnect hoses and lines, then remove the old radiator.
- Place new radiator in the car and reconnect lines and fittings.
- Perform a complete flush of the cooling system to remove traces of old coolant, fill the cooling system.
- Direct bolt-on OE fitment or replacement.
- Professional installer is highly recommended!

Since I wrote the first review they have contacted me and fixed the problem. I know they had nothing to do with the damage that happened in shipping. The radiator works awesome now that it’s been repaired.

87 Chevy C30 w/350. The radiator fit physically, but apparently I got one built on a Friday because they welded the large and small radiator hose mouths opposite of OEM locations. They are different sizes, but close enough that good clamps made it work. The transmission lines had no issues, but the material is SOFT, so when you would normally give it that little extra turn.... DON'T. So far no leaks and cools fine, but it's winter, so not really stressing it by any means.

I was pleasantly suprized with the quality appearance, the welds and materials look pretty good, I was able to polish the tanks and welds fairly easily to look like chrome. I have not installed it yet but the dimensions all look like a fairly simple drop-in. Mine came with a nice louvered shroud, electric fans, wiring harness, coolant temp sensor and a CNC machined cap. My only concern is there is no included wiring harness diagram and that is not a strong point of mine. Currently googling a similar 2 fan/one relay type wiring diagram. I searched pretty hard for a quality, good looking, economical, direct replacement for my 86 C10 and I think this is a great choice.

Bought 0n 2-23-18 and has a hole in it and is leaking today on 1-7-21. Figured it would last longer!🤷🏻♂️
