This distributor hold down fit perfectly on my sbc dart intake manifold with a hei distributor. I had a fancy looking aluminum hold down but due to it being soft aluminum or kept coming loose. Do yourself a favor a purchase a nice steel hold down like this one

Needed for my Distributor upgrade...1984 Corvette 383 Stroker. Easy to install and adjust. Much nicer than a thicker clamp I sourced locally. Very pleased.
