Wonderful gadget for pizza cooking. Easy cutter to use. Easy to clean and use. Nice weight to it. Good design. A must have for pizza making.

The pizza peel works well. It's light. Handle swings around for better storage. The cutter is very dull. Was too hard to cut through cooked crust. It worked great after I sharpened it a little. I don't know if this is common of all of this style cutter. It needed to be much sharper than it is.

I recently entered the at-home pizza arena with a fabulous Nexgrill propane pizza oven.I quickly realized that I not only needed multiple pizza peels and multiple pans to keep at the ready, but that a proper pizza cutter really was a superior choice over a pizza wheel.It does an amazing job of cutting things more evenly, giving more equitable sized slices and a more professional appearance overall.Since it's not particularly sharp, you may have to clean it up a bit with a pizza wheel, but this is a far better way to divide it up.One tip is to let your pizza cool down just a bit so the cheese sets up before you cut. If you cut when it's still very gooey and melty (especially with fresh mozzarella), the cuts you make tend to fill in quickly.Everything is super easy to clean and seems incredibly durable.Overall, this is an amazing set to get your at-home pizza shop running at full speed and efficiency.
