First picture is with the stock black pickguard. The second picture is with the mirrored pickguard. The build quality is very good. This is a good value for the money since it includes the pickguard, truss rod cover, back plate, and screws. It almost fit perfectly on my Ibanez RG350MDX. I needed to drill three holes to make the pickguard line up correctly on the body. I needed to drill one hole to make the truss rod cover line up correctly. I didn't use the back plate because I liked the stock back plate better. Overall very happy with the purchase

The material itself was never intento be on a guitar. Extremely brittle and roughly cut.Secondly, the series of poor reviews regaurding packaging should have prompted the vendor to ship the plastic in something other than a brown paper bag.I appreciate that the vendor replaced the first one that arrived in 3 pieces but the second one they sent was also broken in the same unprotected package.Thank you for the effort but I give up and cannot endorse this as a good purchase for others.

The first one arrived broken in two places. Amazon replaced it with a new one that arrived broken as well. Material seemed very cheap and brittle.
