Using this small strip light for testing clarinets for air leaks. It very easily shows up any problems even in daylight.

El cable no está correctamente unido a la regleta de luces con lo que la unión es deficiente. Se rompe con solo mirarlo. Mala calidad de un producto que no volveré a comprar. Lo he intentado fijar con Sugru. Espero que resista el uso normal.

L'ho usato per visualizzare quei piccoli sfiati che si sentono a orecchio, ma non sono così evidenti all'occhio.Mettendo la luce accesa nel tubo del flauto, la corretta chiusura dei piattelli è perfettamente visibile. Si può valutare facilmente se la chiusura è corretta e anche quanto è accurata.In pochi minuti ho avuto una regolazione efficace, che mi avrebbe richiesto parecchio più tempo a occhio, o col metodo delle cartine per sigarette. Più che altro, perché è ben visibile anche quanto viene tappato il foro.Il Sib, che è sempre una bestia nera, cambia radicalmente se si usa la chiave dedicata, invece della chiave del fa, ma il mio flauto è del 1961, anche se ha avuto una revisione di recente. La chiusura del Sib, però non è regolabile a vite, ma dipende da un feltro, quindi sarà meglio abituarsi a una diteggiatura specifica.Se devo indicare un difetto, la plastica che avvolge i led non scorre facilmente entro la canna, ma comunque non è difficile farla scendere quanto è necessario.

Super Produkt, macht was es soll. Lediglich das Kabel ist relativ kurz. Dafür ist die LED Leiste 50 cm lang.

I actually didn’t mind the red light, it was easier to spot at times than white. However, the cable is too stiff, making it hard to put in my saxophone without it getting caught on the tone holes, and the cable is quite short. It does what it needs to in a pinch, but if used professionally, it would probably drive its user insane.
