These were clearly designed with current best practices for introducing letters and sounds. Parents may not know how much discussion goes on in the literacy instruction world - but there is research and inquiry into every aspect of reading instruction down to details such as best order of letters to introduce, lower case or uppercase, names or sounds etc. This flash card set gives a little bite sized education to parents as well as kids by grouping and introducing letters, introducing both cases, and using illustrations that have the best sound choices for early introduction. (Example: X is typically found at the end of words and should be introduced this way). If using with the earliest learners, just do a letter or so a day. Toddlers get a ton out of only a couple minutes a day. And make it fun, flash cards aren’t the only way to learn letters so use them for games and not drill style sessions like older kids may do for math facts or foreign language vocab. The card stock is very heavy and the rings are a great design choice for the groupings.

My daughter loves using these. It’s really helped her learn the difference between upper and lowercase. She loves that it has descriptive pictures on the back to be able to match with the letter. The material is very durable for toddlers to hold. The picture quality is good. I love the font for the letters. The size is perfect for your toddler to hold and the rings that it comes with helps you keep them together so they do not get lost. It comes with different suggestions for games that you can use these cards to be able to play with your toddler to help learning. Overall, I would 100% suggest this product to anybody.

I love the thickness of these cards and that they aren’t bendable so cannot be broken by my kids. I also love that it separates them into easy to learn order, and that you can take them off the rings and put them in their own set if you want. Have been such a helpful learning tool for both my 3 and 5 year olds and I’m so impressed with the quality.

Absolutely love they're exactly what I needed. Very sturdy for little hands. The pictures in the back are a plus. I just wanted flashcards where the upper and lowercase letters were separated
